User Comments

The User Comments allow to add a personal note to each entry of the checklist.
You can add a User Comment via the Context Menu of the Checklist or by double clicking on a User Comment cell in the Checklist. Also you can add a User Comment by adding an additional Fact from the Linkbase Tree or the Table View.
To do this the option Create User Comment when adding a Fact to the Checklist must be enabled

Report to Client

New since version 1.2.10 is the Report to Client option. This allows the separation of personal comments from the information that must subsequently be communicated to the client. For example, errors in the report or missing information.

Excel Export

The Export User Comments to Excel menu item from the Reports menu in the main window can be used to generate a report containing all of these comments. Comments without Report to Client are not included in this summary.
An export of the complete Audit Report still contains all User Comments.
