To make our support process more efficient and transparent, we have established the following workflow: 


If you have a problem with the software that cannot be solved by your in-house first-level support, please send us an e-mail to the following e-mail address (with meaningful screenshots, if possible). 
If you have any questions about the functionality or the manual, please send us an e-mail to the following email address (also your suggestions for possible improvements or adjustments).

We hope for your understanding that it is not always possible to respond to ad hoc requests by phone. The support e-mails are constantly monitored by all employees and we do our best to answer all your questions as soon as possible with a high level of service quality. We will contact you immediately after analysing the issue (by phone or e-mail).

Should it be a technical problem, our colleagues forward the request to the technical project managers, who then contact your IT colleagues.
