The workflows can be managed under "Master data → Workflow administration". A Workflow is a predefined sequence of activities in an organisation. The workflow is supported by the instruments on the XBRL portal. On the XBRL portal, the processing steps of the received filings can be defined by means of workflow configuration. For this purpose, status levels must be defined, which are then provided with permissions and one or more valid next statuses. The status of a received filing is set automatically and can be changed for each filing in the filing management.  Image Added
The XBRL portal allows status levels to be set automatically for certain events. Status levels can be assigned to the following events: - First submission of XBRL-valid filing
- First submission of XBRL-invalid filing
- Resubmission of XBRL-valid filing
- Resubmission of XBRL-invalid filing
- User editing of the filing
- Forwarded to ESA
- Filing accepted
- Resubmission cancellation is required
- Cancelled
- Cancellation requested
- The filing was not forwarded successfully
- The filing was forwarded and validated successfully

You can configure these by clicking on the "Configure Automatically Set Status Levels" button and selecting a status in the corresponding drop-down list on the newly loaded page for required status levels. To create a new status, click on the "Create New Status" button, enter the data and then click on "Save". You can activate the four-eyes principle by activating the checkbox "Four-eyes principle". This option means that a filing with the selected status can only be set to a next status by a person who has not set the four-eyes status. Unter „Stammdaten → Workflowverwaltung" können die Workflows verwaltet werden. Unter Workflow versteht man einen Arbeitsablauf mit einer vordefinierten Abfolge von Aktivitäten in einer Organisation. Der Workflow soll durch Instrumente auf dem XBRL Portal unterstützt werden. Auf dem XBRL Portal können die Bearbeitungsschritte der eingegangenen Meldungen mittels Workflow-Konfiguration festgelegt werden. Dazu müssen Statusstufen definiert werden, welche dann mit Berechtigungen und einem oder mehreren gültigen Nachfolge-Status versehen werden.
Der Status einer eingegangenen Meldung wird teilweise automatisch gesetzt und kann auch immer individuell für jede Meldung über die Meldungsverwaltung gesetzt werden.

Das XBRL Portal erlaubt es, bei bestimmten Ereignissen Statusstufen automatisch zu setzten. Den folgenden Ereignissen können Statusstufen zugeordnet werden: - Erste Einreichung von XBRL-valider Meldung

- Neueinreichung von XBRL-valider Meldung
- Neueinreichung von XBRL-invalider Meldung
- Benutzeränderung der Meldung
- An ESA weitergeleitet

- Stornierung angefragt
- Die Meldung konnte nicht erfolgreich weitergeleitet werden

Diese können Sie konfigurieren, indem Sie auf den Button „Konfiguration automatisch gesetzter Statusstufen" klicken und auf der neu geladenen Seite für gewünschte Statusstufen einen Status in der entsprechenden Drop-down-Liste auswählen.
Um einen neuen Status anzulegen, klicken Sie auf den Button „Neuen Status anlegen", geben Sie die Daten ein und klicken Sie anschließend auf „Speichern". Sie aktivieren das Vier-Augen-Prinzip, indem Sie das Häkchen „Vier-Augen-Status" setzen. Diese Option führt dazu, dass eine Meldung in diesem Status nur von einer Person in einen Folgestatus gesetzt werden kann, die nicht den Vier-Augen Status gesetzt hat.
Um einen Status zu bearbeiten, wählen Sie den Status aus der Liste aus und klicken Sie auf „Bearbeiten".
