label | DeutschThe XBRL portal offers the possibility to create XBRL filings using data from different data sources. To do so, queries must be created for data sources that correspond to a taxonomy-compliant format. The XBRL portal offers the following functions:
- The connection of data sources, e.g. databases such as SAP BW or Excel files. The interfaces or "connectors" can be dynamically integrated and can be individually adapted or created. Connection parameters can be defined and entered during execution. The data sources have no restrictions with regard to data volume or characteristics, a table with any number of rows and columns can be imported by a connector.
- The administration of queries represents a selection of data sources. There are two possibilities: the query of so-called "form-based" data as well as the so-called blob tables. Form-based data represents the data points of XBRL tables with the properties table, row, column, Z-axis and value. Blob tables are the data areas of XBRL tables in the exactly expected format, i.e. with the same number of rows and columns. In both cases, a mapping from the target XBRL tables to the queries is defined and stored.
- XBRL filings can be generated from the data sources and queries at the push of a button for an entity, a key date, and a taxonomy. The created XBRL files are processed on the XBRL portal and displayed among the filings received.
The "Data Source Queries" management is located under "Master Data → Data Source Queries" and allows you to create, execute and delete data source queries. The data sources available in the XBRL portal are displayed in the data source query management at the top right.
The standard delivery of the XBRL portal includes the following connectors:
- Excel File Import
- LucaNet Mapping Import
- SAP BW MDX Query Import
- SAP BW MDX Query & Excel Transformation
- Table Account Mapping Import (IDL/Konsis)

Das XBRL Portal bietet die Möglichkeit, XBRL-Meldungen mit Daten aus unterschiedlichen Datenquellen zu erstellen. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Stammdaten → Datenquellenabfragen“ können Datenquellenabfragen angelegt und bearbeitet werden. Über eine Datenquellenabfrage lassen sich die Daten aus einer einzelnen Quelle auslesen. Mehrere Abfragen können auch gruppiert und somit gleichzeitig ausgeführt werden. Beim Anlegen einer neuen Datenquellenabfrage ist zuerst eine neue
Nachdem eine Datenquelle angelegt wurde, kann diese unter „Meldungen > Meldung erfassen“ ausgeführt werden.
Dazu müssen Abfragen auf Datenquellen erstellt werden, die einem Taxonomie-konformen Format entsprechen. Das XBRL Portal stellt folgende Funktionen zur Verfügung: - Die Anbindungen von Datenquellen, z.B. Datenbanken wie SAP BW oder Excel-Dateien. Die Schnittstellen bzw. „Konnektoren“ lassen sich dynamisch einbinden und können individuell angepasst oder erstellt werden. Verbindungsparameter lassen sich definieren und bei der Ausführung eingeben. Die Datenquellen haben hinsichtlich Datenmenge oder Ausprägung keine Einschränkungen, eine Tabelle mit beliebig vielen Zeilen und Spalten kann durch einen Connector importiert werden.
- Die Verwaltung von Abfragen stellt eine Selektion der Datenquellen dar. Dabei gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten: die Abfrage von sogenannten „formularbasierten“ Daten als auch die sogenannten Blob-Tabellen.Formularbasierte Daten stellen die Datenpunkte von XBRL-Tabellen mit den Eigenschaften Tabelle, Zeile, Spalte, Z-Achse und Wert dar. Blob-Tabellen sind die Datenbereiche von XBRL-Tabellen in exakt dem erwarteten Format, also mit der gleichen Anzahl Zeilen und Spalten. In beiden Fällen wird eine Zuordnung (Mapping) von den Ziel-XBRL-Tabellen auf die Abfragen definiert und gespeichert.
- Die Erzeugung von XBRL-Meldungen aus den Datenquellen und Abfragen kann per Knopfdruck für eine Entity, einen Stichtag und eine Taxonomie erfolgen. Die erstellten XBRL-Dateien werden im XBRL Portal verarbeitet und unter den eingegangenen Meldungen angezeigt.
Die Datenquellenverwaltung befindet sich unter "" und erlaubt das Anlegen, Ausführen und Löschen von Datenquellenabfragen. Die im XBRL Portal verfügbaren Datenquellen werden in der Datenquellenabfragen-Verwaltung rechts oben angezeigt.
