After clicking on the "Create Filing" button in the "Create Filing" view or clicking on "Edit" next to a filing version in the "Filing Details" view of a filing, the XBRL Editor opens in a new window. This allows you to manually enter data, edit open tables, validate the XBRL instance, create an Excel report, and save modified XBRL instances.

Here you can switch back and forth between the tables and change the data in the cells. For cells with text input, it is possible to right-click to open the HTML editor. The editor can be used to format the text of the cell. You can, for example, insert headings, images or tables.

To generate an Excel report, select the menu item "Excel > Export table". The Excel file will be downloaded and saved on your PC. Clicking on the menu item "Excel > Import table" opens a new modal window in which you can select an Excel file from which the data must be imported. After the file has been selected, click on the "Add" button. After a short wait, the opened instance will be updated.

Open tables can be edited by first clicking on the "Draft Mode: Off" button to deactivate the draft mode and then on the "Edit Aspects" button. A new window will open, here you can add the aspects and adjust the breakdown settings.

The XBRL portal logs both triggers and changes. A new XBRL instance is created after each change; it is provided with a comment, ensuring traceability.

Mit dem XBRL Editor werden neue Meldungen manuell erstellt und zuvor angelegte Meldungen bearbeitet. Nach dem Klick auf den Button „Meldung erfassen" in der Ansicht „Meldung erstellen" sowie nach dem Klick auf „Bearbeiten" neben einer Meldungsversion in der Ansicht „Meldungsdetails" einer Meldung wird der XBRL Editor in einem neuen Fenster geöffnet. Dieser ermöglicht die manuelle Eingabe von Daten, die Bearbeitung von offenen Tabellen, die Validierung der XBRL-Instanz sowie das Erstellen eines Excel Berichts und die Speicherung geänderter XBRL-Instanzen.

Hier können Sie zwischen den Tabellen hin und her wechseln und die Daten in den Zellen ändern. Bei Zellen mit textueller Eingabe ist es möglich, mit einem Rechtsklick den HTML-Editor zu öffnen. Mit dem Editor kann der Text der Zelle formatiert werden. Es können z.B. Überschriften, Bilder oder Tabellen eingefügt werden.

Um einen Excel Bericht zu generieren, wählen Sie den Menüpunkt „Excel → Tabelle exportieren" aus. Die Excel-Datei wird heruntergeladen und auf Ihrem PC gespeichert. Durch das Klicken auf den Menüpunkt „Excel > Tabelle importieren" geht ein neues modales Fenster auf, in dem Sie die Möglichkeit haben, eine Excel-Datei auszuwählen, aus der die Daten übernommen werden müssen. Nachdem die Datei ausgewählt wird, klicken Sie auf den Button „Hinzufügen". Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit wird die geöffnete Instanz aktualisiert.

Über den Menüpunkt „Einstellungen → Instanzeinstellungen" können sämtliche Instanzeinstellungen angepasst werden. Klicken Sie in dem modalen Fenster auf „Speichern", um die Änderungen zu übernehmen. Ähnlich können die Spracheinstellungen der Instanz über den Menüpunkt „Einstellungen → Spracheinstellungen" geändert werden.

Offene Tabellen bearbeiten Sie, indem Sie zuerst auf den Button „Entwurfsmodus: aus" klicken, um den Entwurfsmodus zu deaktivieren, und danach auf den Button „Aspekte bearbeiten".
